Our process starts with centrifuge based ethanol extraction to separate the cannabinoid and terpene profile from biomass. At this point biomass is discarded, getting a mixture called Solute. The solute undergoes a 3-stage filtration. Once filtered is recovered the majority of the ethanol. The crude oil undergoes a decarboxylation, which converts the acidic forms of cannabinoids into activated forms, recovering the ethanol. Each batch is tested to be rich in cannabinoids, solvent free, and fully decarboxylated. The crude oil refined into full spectrum distillate by way of wiped film distillation. Full spectrum distillate can be recrystallized to create cannabinoid isolate. Once distillate and isolate have been created, is refined enough to proceed to product infusion and max profits.
